The Boat Inn,

In April 2002 The Boat Inn opened their doors for the first time in May 2002 after fully being refurbished, This included a full CCTV system that was installed, but due to lack of funding they only had a basic system installed, which comprised of 6 black and white cameras, a multiplexer and monochrome monitor, which was installed behind the bar, The system also had a time lapse video recorder installed at the same time which was linked in with the multiplexer, and took snap shots of the camera images at intervals of 2 fps, The tapes were always running out and as most of the staff didnt think to change tapes every day the system wasnt that acurate at finding incidents, which infact was very difficult.
2 Months after CJT Electrical started up they contacted me through another contractor to have a look at 2 additional cameras to the system. which i priced for and they awarded me the job of upgrading.
About 6 months after the system had the additional cameras fitted in the march of 2006 The owners Ann Holden approached me personally and asked me to look into upgrading the whole system, to digital. which meant they needed colour/mono cameras, New computerised Recording Unit, and Colour Monitors, I priced up the job for the existing system kit and they again came back to me to upgrade the whole system to colour/mono with digital, while on site the monitor behind the bar was also upgraded to colour. As the time has passed the pub now has number plate recognition cameras installed, and Full control Speed Dome Cameras. And alarms connected to speed dome cameras around the car park.
''Its thanks to CJT Electrical who upgraded all our security cameras to the latest equipment available, and now we have a good cctv security setup on our premises, while CJT Electrical where on site we had them upgrade the internal security lighting so that if ever an intruder got into our premises it would record to the system. Allowing us to monitor in the office, and if neccessary call the police service.''
